Words of Appreciation for ManorCare Health Services - Alexandria (4)
I want to highly commend the staff at ManorCare Health Services – Alexandria for going above and beyond for my needs, especially Fatmata, Theresa, Sampson, Edwin, Jamila, Robert and Monica. Fatmata stayed over to make sure I knew what to expect from my medications. She is always cheerful and helpful. Theresa knows that I like the color yellow. She makes sure that a yellow top is always available for me to wear and has instructed aides to make sure I have one.
Sampson was over the top helpful. I didn’t know anything about the iPhone I received for my birthday. He programmed it and showed me how to download and watch videos. My granddaughter brought in a picture she made, and Sampson brought in supplies to put it on the wall. Edwin, a wound care nurse, treats my foot and makes sure that nurses on weekends keep up with my treatments. If not for Edwin, I would have lost my foot.
Robert is a big teddy bear of a person. You just want to squeeze him. When he delivers packages to patients, he greets every person he sees warmly. He’s polite and personable. I feel blessed to have Jamila around. She is delightful, helpful and has become like a family member. She follows up with my wound care and any additional problems that come up. Monica helped me with documents for my short-term and long-term disability paperwork. This information was crucial for me to receive the required medical treatment. I don’t know where I would be if not for these wonderfully talented people.
